Warranty Request Process:
Send us an email to info@owlpump.com with your order number, the defective products, and the defective descriptions or with a short video. We will find the best way for you to fix the problem.
15-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
You may return your undamaged product and original packaging within 15 days of purchase to receive a FULL REFUND. Customers have to send us an email with the pictures of the products or shipping box to prove what you mentioned.
