How long is the delivery? (some countries may postpone as of COVID19)
We ship from different locations worldwide as we are a direct manufacturer in China, ship from our foreign warehouses: 3-7 days; Ship from China, most of products delivery time takes 20-30 days. Some countries may take a longer time for delivery you will be able to see an estimated delivery time on the checkout page before you make the payment.
What if I didn't receive my package?
If package wasn't delivered in 75 days from order date you can ask for a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation can only be applied before shipments, please IMMEDIATELY contact us if you would like to cancel your order to avoid any trouble.
How much shipping costs?
We offer most of the main countries free shipping but if there is shipping freight required you may see it during the order.
All other countries will have different shipping rates based on the distance and weight of the product.
Are returns free?
Returns are not free, but if any product arrives damaged we will replace it without having to return the original one. Please just send us some pictures of the original package and box you received.
Is there any warranty?
We offer one-year quality guarantee for most of our pumps, we would send the replacement parts if it dies without any actions done by human factors.
